1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- The product is in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Opened or used stationery items
- Customized or stitched uniforms
- Perishable or sealed items once opened
- Items purchased during clearance sales (final sale items)
2. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Size issues (only for unstitched or unused uniforms)
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days
- Refund method: Bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if:
- The product was defective
- The wrong product was delivered by us
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size replacements (unused and eligible uniforms/bags)
- Wrong product received
Exchange request timeline: Within 7 days of delivery
5. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Visit our Contact Page or WhatsApp Support
- Provide your order number and return reason
- Share images/video proof if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will approve the request and schedule a pickup (if applicable)
Return Pickup:
- We may arrange a pickup in selected areas
- If pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the product back to us
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the mistake is from our side
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if:
- The order has not been shipped yet
- Cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but may be returned if eligible.
7. Refund Rejection Cases
Refund or return requests may be rejected if:
- The item is used or damaged by the customer
- The request is submitted after 7 days
- Original packaging or proof of purchase is missing
- The product is a non-returnable category
